Taking part in the Release, Relax & Shine Group made me feel heard and seen. I will remember the caring connections that I made and the opportunity of sharing our stories in a safe and warm environment.
The meetings held by Olga are amazing. They’re filled with helpful tools to navigate the challenges in our lives. You get an opportunity to meet like-minded people and there’s a deep feeling of connection. A place where you can learn, grow and let go.
Olga’s presence is so grounded and wise. She has a wide knowledge relating to mind-body spirit medicine and she has a strong passion for sharing and supporting others. Olga is very empathetic and professional, you’ll be in safe hands working with her.

I moved to Warsaw one year ago and was struggling with different kinds of challenges, let’s say that wasn’t the easiest time in my life.
So I was looking for a place where I can connect with people, but also have a mentor, who can understand and share techniques and knowledge around well-being practices. I found it all in the group led by Olga.
Taking part in Release, Relax and Shine Group makes me feel relieved.
I feel like I can share my thoughts and feelings in a safe space where we support, respect, and understand each other, it is very valuable for me.
I would recommend it, especially for expats, as we are sometimes struggling with the same things and have similar thoughts and requests.
That is the best way to handle it – to share, to hear another one, to learn the techniques and how to manage it all better.
I would say if you want to feel understood and supported – that’s the place.
First of all, I find Olga a very nice person, that is probably the most important point always.
Second of all, I really appreciate Olga’s experience and the way she is guiding us through the journey towards good well-being.
It always feels like she feels us, being very empathic, but also having experience of being the expat herself makes her understand us even more. I really appreciate it. The connection of empathy and knowledge is the key. If you are looking for that – then you should work with Olga!

Taking part in the Release, Relax, and Shine Group has been a truly transformative experience for me. During each session, I feel a deep sense of relaxation and calm wash over me, as I focus on my breathing and the movements of my body. The physical practice of yoga helps to release any tension I may be holding, and the guided meditations leave me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Additionally, being part of the group has created a supportive and uplifting community for me. The atmosphere is inclusive and welcoming, and I feel a sense of belonging among my fellow participants.
I have gained so much from participating in the Release, Relax, and Shine Group. I have experienced a marked improvement in my mental health and well-being. The guided meditations have helped me to reduce stress and anxiety, and I feel more centered and focused in my daily life.
I would highly recommend the Release, Relax, and Shine Group to any expat friend looking to prioritize their physical and mental well-being. The combination of yoga and meditation is a perfect way to release tension, reduce stress, and find a sense of inner peace, which can be especially important for those adjusting to life in a new country.
Olga is knowledgeable, skilled, and creates a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
I would highly recommend the Release, Relax, and Shine Group to any expat friend looking to prioritize their physical and mental well-being.

Why did I join the Relase, Relax & Shine Group? As an expat living in Warsaw for not so long yet and experiencing my first winter I thought it might help to find something to keep my spirit high and taking my chance to work on my perspective about winter but also the struggle to be in a new country where I´m not yet able to communicate with the locals in their own language.
Olga’s Workshop offers a great opportunity to make time for yourself and just care for yourself for a few hours. It offers the chance to meet people who are in a similar situation and to hear about their struggles but more importantly their strategies to cope with the task’s life is troughing in front of your feet.
You will learn and try various methods and approaches to calm down and feeling more comfortable with yourself and the situation you’re in.
I very much appreciate Olgas honesty about her own struggles. As once being an expat in a foreign country herself she knows exactly what most people are getting through. Her workshops are not only about uplifting the spirit but more about finding ways through difficult situations or phases of your life. She offers different approaches and tools to keep your body and soul healthy.
After the group’s meeting I feel refreshed, relaxed and shining therefore Olga nailed it with the title of her workshop.

‘I feel like Olga’s influence on me is bigger than I thought, because I remember her workshop every time in the moments like doing yoga, making coffee, or taking a shower, I mean, in everyday life, and I regain my self-esteem. During Find Your Calm workshop, I felt really relaxed, healed, being myself and loving myself. It was a great experience. And also, I strongly feel that the many positive words Olga gave me and her own existence are supporting me.’

I experienced Olga firsthand, during a social enterprise and leadership course. She was an inspirational, motivational n relatable facilitator. She had a relaxed but effective teaching style that brought the class together and made each person feel valued. The choice of topics and Olga’s enthusiastic delivery fuelled great conversation learning and exchange of experiences, opinions, and ideas. Everyone in the class had a positive experience had learnt a lot, found new ways to problem solve, motivate themselves and others and build confidence. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Olga and gained a lot of motivation and insight into myself, my ambitions, and how to transform these into positive action. Since the course, I have gone on to be accepted on to a master’s at Edinburgh university and secure a sizeable scholarship.

There’s something to be said about carving out some time to take a step back from our daily lives to reset, reflect and connect with like-minded people, and Olga has created a lovely setting to do just that.
Working with Olga is a lovely experience. Olga prepares each session very thoughtfully to introduce different relaxation techniques and topics of discussion on wellbeing, but she is also mindful to ensure that participants interact with each other to connect on a deeper level making the sessions quite special.
I came out of each session feeling relaxed but also re-energized, as if I had recharged my batteries.
Hello, nice to meet you. My name is Olga.
I am a Psychologist, Gestalt Therapist, Facilitator. I was born in Warsaw, but my heart belongs to two countries: Poland and Scotland. I spent 7 years of my life in Edinburgh, my second home. My Scottish experience wasn’t always sweet and easy (and it wasn’t just due to the weather!); there were times when I found it quite challenging. Life throws different problems at you no matter where you live. But when you live abroad it somehow feels like the issues or concerns have an entirely different context – a bit more challenging and difficult. Just the fact you are far away from your home country, and your long-term relationships with friends, and family can be tough in times like this. Does it sound familiar? Well, it was my story.
